Absinthe Candyfloss Recipe
Absinthe, often called "La Fée Verte" (The Green Fairy) – but transformed into candyfloss
Equipment
- Candyfloss machine (optional)
Ingredients
- 5 gr Very Strong Absinthe (85-90% Vol)
- 2 gr Garlic
- 10 gr Zorbit (Tapioca Maltodextrin)
Directions
- Place the Zorbit and finely crushed garlic in a bowl and gradually add the Absinthe. It will form a light powder.
- Prepare the Candyfloss using a candyfloss machine or buy ready-made candyfloss in a store.
- Sprinkle the Candyfloss with the Absinthe Powder and a little tarragon sugar.
