Absinthe, often called "La Fée Verte" (The Green Fairy) - but transformed into candyfloss

- 5 gr Very Strong Absinthe (85-90% Vol)
- 2 gr Garlic
- 10 gr Zorbit (Tapioca Maltodextrin)
Place the Zorbit and finely crushed garlic in a bowl and gradually add the Absinthe. It will form a light powder.
Prepare the Candyfloss using a candyfloss machine or buy ready-made candyfloss in a store.
Sprinkle the Candyfloss with the Absinthe Powder and a little tarragon sugar.
