Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 5 gr Very Strong Absinthe (85-90% Vol)
  • 2 gr Garlic
  • 10 gr Zorbit (Tapioca Maltodextrin)

Instructions
 

  • Place the Zorbit and finely crushed garlic in a bowl and gradually add the Absinthe. It will form a light powder.
  • Prepare the Candyfloss using a candyfloss machine or buy ready-made candyfloss in a store.
  • Sprinkle the Candyfloss with the Absinthe Powder and a little tarragon sugar.
