Peanut Butter Panna Cotta
Introducing our latest recipe, the Peanut Butter Panna Cotta! This indulgent dessert is a perfect balance of creamy and nutty flavors. We’ve used our special ingredient, Vanilla Pod, to add a touch of natural sweetness and depth to the dish.
With only nine ingredients, this recipe is simple yet impressive and will surely satisfy any sweet tooth. To make this decadent treat, you just need some milk, double cream peanut butter, our Special Ingredient Vanilla Pod (deseeded), some seasoning and our Special Ingredient Vegi Gel.

Peanut Butter Panna Cotta Recipe
Equipment
- Food Blender
Ingredients
- 270 gr Milk
- 30 gr Double cream
- 150 gr Peanut butter
- Vanilla Pod Deseeded
- 100 gr White sugar
- 3 gr Salt
- 3 gr Vegi Gel
Directions
- Mix the Vegi Gel with a tablespoon of your sugar in a bowl to help dispersement.
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender including the Vegi Gel mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to the boil whilst whisking.
- Let the mixture cool and it will begin to gelify.
- Place the mixture into a piping bag and pipe into your containers. Store in the fridge to set.
