Ingredients
  

  • 500 gr cream 35% fat
  • 100 gr espresso coffee
  • 10 gr soluble coffee
  • 20 gr sugar
  • 200 gr Nutella
  • 2 gr Xanthan Gum
  • 2 gr Lecithin

Directions
 

  • Combine ingredients:
    Place 500g fresh cream, 100g espresso coffee, 10g soluble coffee, 20g sugar, 200g Nutella, 2g Xanthan Gum, and 2g Lecithin into a saucepan.
  • Heat and mix:
    Stir the mixture over low heat until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Strain and siphon:
    Remove the saucepan from heat and pass the mixture through a fine sieve. Transfer the strained mixture into a siphon.
  • Charge and chill:
    Load the siphon with 2 nitrogen charges.Refrigerate the siphon for at least 2 hours.
  • Serve:
    Once chilled, serve the creamy coffee Nutella mousse directly from the siphon.
