  • Blend the Demineralised Water and Calcium Lactate.
  • Quarter the pears and put them in a dish with lemon juice. Then using an extractor, extract the pear juice.
  • Blend the juice with the Sodium Alginate.
  • Heat on medium heat to remove the air from the mixture.
  • Fill the Spherificator Bottle with the mixture.
  • Use the Spherificator Bottle to drip the juice into the Demineralised Water and Calcium Lactate mixture.
  • Rinse the pearls with water.
