Instructions
Blend the Demineralised Water and Calcium Lactate.
Quarter the pears and put them in a dish with lemon juice. Then using an extractor, extract the pear juice.
Blend the juice with the Sodium Alginate.
Heat on medium heat to remove the air from the mixture.
Fill the Spherificator Bottle with the mixture.
Use the Spherificator Bottle to drip the juice into the Demineralised Water and Calcium Lactate mixture.
Rinse the pearls with water.
