Ingredients

  • 100 gr Chocolate chips
  • 25 gr Cocoa powder
  • 75 ml Sunflower oil
  • 110 gr Sugar
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 150 gr Self raising flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 gr Chocolate chips (according to taste)
  • 3-5 drops Mint Food Flavour Drops
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine 100g of chocolate chips, 25g of cocoa powder, 75ml of sunflower oil, 110g of sugar, 150ml of milk, 150g of self-raising flour, and 1 egg. Mix thoroughly until the batter is smooth and all ingredients are fully combined.
  • Add Mint Flavor: Stir in 3 to 5 drops of Mint Food Flavouring Drops, adjusting the amount based on your taste preference. Then, fold in an additional 50g of chocolate chips for extra indulgence.
  • Portion the batter: Divide the muffin mixture evenly into muffin cases, using approximately 1 dessert spoon of batter per case.
  • Bake: Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Bake the muffins for 20 minutes, checking if they are done by lightly pressing the top or inserting a skewer into the center. The muffins should spring back, and the skewer should come out clean (except for melted chocolate chips).
  • Cool and Serve: Allow the muffins to cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm for the best flavor.
