Dus als je de bollen in de laatste stap afspoelt met water, hoe bewaar je de mojitobollen totdat je ze wilt serveren?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bedankt voor het compliment. Wat de mojitobollen betreft: je kunt ze inderdaad van tevoren maken en <strong>bewaar het in een neutrale olie<\/strong> (bijv. zonnebloemolie) en spoel het af voordat u het serveert (schep het kort uit in een waterbad met een waterbad). <a href=\"https:\/\/specialingredientseurope.com\/products\/molecular-gastronomy-spoon\" title=\"\">geperforeerde lepel<\/a>) en serveer onmiddellijk. Wij geven er echter de voorkeur aan om het vooraf in te vriezen, uit de vriezer te halen en vlak voor het serveren af te werken in het alginaatbad.
